Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using Ezami application (“App” or “Ezami”). These Terms apply to all users of the App.

1. Acceptance of TermsBy using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the App.

2. Description of App allows users to purchase products and services.

3. Purchase.In-app purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device. Payment for in-app purchases is due at the time of purchase.If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Application (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase, including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, and your billing address.

You represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that.
• The information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete.

We may employ the use of third-party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases.By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy

4. Refunds and CancellationsRefunds are subject to our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

5. User ConductYou agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the App by, any third party.

6. User ContentYou are solely responsible for any content that you upload, publish, or otherwise transmit through the App. By submitting content to the App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform the content in connection with the App.

7. Intellectual PropertyThe App and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, logos, button icons, software, and audio clips, are the property of the App owner or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of WarrantiesThe App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the App or the information, content, materials, or products included on or otherwise made available through the App.

9. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

10. IndemnificationYou agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the App owner and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any claim, demand, or damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of, or related to your use of the App or your breach of these Terms.

11. Changes to TermsWe may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after any changes to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

12. Governing LawThese Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App owner is located, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

13. Entire AgreementThese Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the App owner with respect to the App and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and the App owner.
